Our executive board is elected for the full school year at the end of each Spring semester. They are responsible for running chapter meetings, managing finances, and more.

President
Mia is a Senior Sociology major with minors in Philosophy, and Global Poverty. After college, she plans to go to law school and pursue a career in family law. In addition to PAD, Mia is a TA for JLT and Sociology. Her favorite memory with PAD is the Spring 2023 formal!

Vice President
Manuela is a Senior Government & Politics: International Relations major, with minors in Philosophy, International Development & Conflict Management. She wants to pursue a career in international law and diplomacy. Manuela is also involved with Mock Trial and FIRE. Her favorite PAD memory is fall 2024 formal.

Treasurer
Luke is a Senior Accounting and Information Systems double Major. He aspires to work in tax accounting and law. Luke is also involved in Accounting Teaching Scholars. His favorite PAD memory is Winning Padlympics last Fall!

Vice President
Michael is a Junior Government & Politics: International Relations and Economics double major, with a Business minor. He is interested in a career in corporate law or consulting. Outside of PAD, Michael is involved in the University Student Judiciary, and is a TA. His favorite PAD the Fall '24 homecoming tailgate!

Helena is a Senior Government & Politics and Psychology double major, with a Plus-1 Master's in Management Studies. She is interested in a career in corporate law. Outside of PAD, Helena is a FIRE Peer Research Mentor and in Overbooked book club. Her favorite PAD memory is Puppies with PAD!

Faculty Pre-Law Advisor
Mr. Shaffer is the Coordinator of Pre-Law Advising at the University of Maryland and one of the best resources for information on going to law school. He has served as the faculty advisor to our UMD chapter for several years.
