Our executive board is elected for the full school year at the end of each Spring semester. They are responsible for running chapter meetings, managing finances, and more.
RHIANNON LITTLE
President
Rhiannon is a junior Criminology & Criminal Justice major. She is interested in going into post-conviction criminal law. Outside of PAD, she is involved with University Honors, CCJS Departmental Honors, Students Government Association, Maryland Undergraduate Law Review, and Alpha Phi Sigma. Rhiannon's favorite PAD memory is meeting both of her mentees, Emma & Mason, at Fall 2022 Dated!

ALLISON LI
Vice President
Allison is a junior Criminology and Public Policy double major. They hope to pursue a career in a field of law that helps them continue their interest in public service! Allison is also involved with the Do Good institute, Career Center, ONE, oSTEM, and OMSE. Their favorite PAD memory is the law school visits with fellow pad members.

KAVYA DESIKAN
Treasurer
Kavya is a senior Government & Politics major with an International Relations concentration. As a career, she is interesting in working in international development or national security-related fields. Kavya is also involved in BridgeUMD and is a GVPT TA. Her favorite PAD memory Fall 2022 formal, as it was the first one she ever planned as Finance Chair!

JAHNAVI KIRKIRE
Vice President
Jahnavi is a junior double major in Government & Politics (International Relations concentration) and Public Policy. She hopes to have a career in the Department of State's Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs. In addition to PAD, Jahnavi is involved with SGA, BridgeUMD, Honors Humanities, ResLife, USJ, among others! Her favorite PAD memory is the escape room she helped plan as a Membership Chair for Fall 2022 recruitment.

Faculty Pre-Law Advisor
Mr. Shaffer is the Coordinator of Pre-Law Advising at the University of Maryland and one of the best resources for information on going to law school. He has served as the faculty advisor to our UMD chapter for several years.
